As a school head for seven years, to generate support is not an easy role, it takes a lot of charisma but I discovered the best formula to encourage support from them which is TRANSPARENCY. Transparency is being open to all school accountabilities which implies integrity in the delivery of educational services and credibility in managing school resources. As a school head, we should have an open intercourse mechanism to report the employment of school resources especially financial resources. Quarterly community- school based meetings should be conducted to serve as an avenue for reporting and clearing out doubts on the utilization of resources....
