Studies have shown that all over years companies that have random variableal ethics policies are increasing. The increase is being seen across the board in all forms of duty such as the noncommercial, for-profit and in the government sector as well. A survey was done and it shows that especially in the nonprofit sector ninety percent of the employees reported having some form of indite standards of estimable conduct and from that percentage about lux five percent say that the organization will as well go one step further and provide pedagogy for the employees to make sure the policy is understood and followed. What this research suggests is that nonprofit executives are seeing a definite plus in promoting ethics within the organization.
There a many usefulnesss to having a written ethics policy both for the organization and the employees themselves. Recruiting and retaining top-quality people is a great benefit. When a prospective employee is researching a company to work for and they see that the company has a written ethics policy that is huge. The employee sees that the company cares about its employees and values an estimable workplace.



Studies have shown that an employer is more likely to attract ethical and risque quality workers with a written and practiced ethical policy. other great benefit is the ability to foster a more satisfying and productive work environment. When employees feel that their best pursuit in being taken into account they are expiration to go above and beyond what is asks of them so the company put forward feel and see the benefits of having a productive workforce. The last benefit that I will go over is the ability to condition and sustain the associations reputation within the communities in which you operate.
