I would expect the local police in Mexico to treat me and follow the same rules that they use in the united States. I would want them to investigate the situation before they arrest me since I am a tourist visiting in Mexico. I would expect them and everyow me to prove my innocence of a crime that I did not commit. From what I can tuck from reading though that doesnt seem likely though because the Mexican police will arrest and detain in order to investigate this is violating my rights which they may not practice more with. They would treat me with torture and have excessive force in trying to make me confess to a crime I did not commit. The Mexican police are poorly accomplished and have a lot of corruption in Mexico. on that points also lack of confidence from one shutting to the other in their police polices I think they take away be trained more in how to handle authoritative crimes. They should ask questions first, investigate then decide what to do quite of throwing you in jail. They also lack discipline and resources to provide kosher investigation. They resolve by other ways like beatings and they reconcile evidence.
The Mexican police violate all human rights seems to me they notwithstanding throw you in jail and let you rot I sure would never put myself in that situation in Mexico because lord knows I might not get come out anytime soon.
