Hitlers plan was a bane to peace be commence he wanted to break the agreement of Versailles which was a peace treaty. So we already know that this is a little terror to peace. Rearmament and the Saar plebiscite
Re-armament and the Saar plebiscite was seen as a threat because it was against the treaty of Versailles. However Britain felt that Germany should be allowed to arm as they believed the treaty of Versailles was unfair to Germany and felt that Germany rearming would act as a buffer against communism. However the Saar plebiscite was not such a big threat as it was within the terms of the treaty as more or less of the German nation voted for that specific terra firma to be given back to Germany.
Remilitarisation of the Rhineland
Remilitarisation of the Rhineland helped cause World War 2 because it was once again against the treaty of Versailles. France did not want Germany to be able to build up even so Britain were not so cautious about Hitler re-arming and so did not oppose him as they believed that Germany should be allowed to re-arm.
So France was not active to act without Britain. The British and the French were also too touch with Italys invasion of Abyssinia. Also the disarmament conference failing, allowed Germany to re-arm and if Britain and France knew how weak Germany was at the prison term they would film probably have opposed him.
Anschluss
The Anschluss was the unification between Germany and Austria. The Anschluss links to Hitlers plans which was to unify all German speaking people and Austria was probably the most important.
