Question 1. Which court did you mind and what was the date of your attendance?
I attended the Brisbane Magistrates court on Wednesday the 11th of April.

Question 2. What kind of hearing did you attend?
I attended the sentencing trial of R. V Mabbitt.

Question 3. What were he charges against the defendant? Were these summary or indictable offences?
There were three charges move against Justin Mabbitt, two of which were indictable charges. An indictable offence is one of solid nature and can include things such as burglary, and to offences of crimson worst nature such as murder, armed robbery and rape (Courts in Queensland). The three charges presented before him were; driving infra the influence, serious assault, and dangerous operation of a vehicle piece of music adversely affected.
