This report looks at a survey on the handling of the subroutine library run by students from Universal English College. It looks at: schedule privilegered; unnecessary services desired; and relative absolute frequency of updates. The results point to a need for: arranging a tender schedule; making a discussion room; update more IELTTS practice tests and academic reading books; purchasing unfermented magazines every month; upgrading software every month; and modify academic material and books once every 3 months

Introduction
This report is concerned with improvements to the library at ELS, Universal English College. It looks at the schedule students would prefer to have, the extra services they desire to have in the library, and the frequency they want to update equipment.

Reasons
All businesses need to offer services that keep their customers satisfied. For an English language college this can take the mold of good teaching staff, a modern infrastructure, and services that translate students a helpful learning environment, and the ability to access information and educational material from many sources. One of the best slipway to gain this access is through the library. However, if the service does not visualise the students needs, this may have a negative impact on student satisfaction.



Moreover, these services are expensive as they enquire electronic equipment and regular updates of books, and a college needs to know that the investiture is organism used in the most beneficial way.

The Survey
In order to find out if students needs were being met in the area of the library services, a survey was conducted (see appendix A) and fifty students were polled. Students were asked about what schedule they would like to have; what extra facilities they would prefer in the library; and how often they would like to update equipment.
